The sentiments~ 문장에서 is하고 a measure이 변태같아보입니다

as 형 as 에서 a measure이 왜 형 뒤에 있고, is가 왜 저기있는지가 감이안잡혀요...

어떻게 저런문장이 될수있는지 설명부탁드립니당

제가 이해한 수준에서 설명드리겠습니다.


일단 a measure 부터 보자면, as as 구문에서 저 위치에 관사 + 형용사 + 명사(an accurate measure)가 와야 하면, 순서가 바뀌어서 형용사 + 관사 + 명사 (accurate a measure)로 바뀌게 돼요. 첫 번째 as 뒤에는 형용사, 부사만이 올 수 있기 때문에 이런 현상이 일어난다고 생각하시면 될 것 같아요.

# If global warming poses as serious a crisis as many climate scientists fear, we will be in real trouble if we do not try to alleviate it.


뒤의 is 같은 경우는 조금 더 어렵습니다. 사실 as as에서 두 번째 as 바로 뒤에 be 동사가 오는 경우, 아래 예문들과 같이 도치가 된 경우가 많습니다.
# To Iris, the Grange Hall was as much a part of her family's legacy as was her own house.
# Gulick convinced the International Committee that education of the physical was as important toward developing the whole man as was education of the mental or the spiritual.
# One of the male slaves was a man as proud and strong as were the Viking warriors who had managed to capture him.

하지만 이 경우는 기분이 찜찜해서 구글링까지 해가면서 확인해본 결과 (수능특강에 나오는군요. 어려운 문장이었는지 한국인분들이 이미 많이 물어보심.) 아래 문장들과 비슷한 구조로 보입니다. (도치가 아닙니다.)
# He wanted Americans to make as great a variety of wines as are made in Europe.
# (전략) ... the fact that almost as many preschoolers are now being cared for by stay-at-home fathers as are enrolled in day-care homes and nursery schools.
# That is about as much CO2 as was released by all the coal burned by everyone, for every purpose, during the past 250 years.
즉 뒷 문장의 주어가 주어진 글에서는 a measure, 제가 예시로 든 문장에서는 a variety of wines, preschoolers, CO2이기 때문에 각각 is, are, are, was를 동사로 사용한 것입니다.
