자작 빈칸 영어 문제

Human rights have persistently been heightened by those who address dignity issues with which man is born. On the other hand, some philosophers criticize the partial consideration of dignity,which stands aloof from other species living along with our race. Kant, the German philosopher, views species with no rational mind are not considerable matters when talking about the dignity issues. No matter how great man's rights are treated,there is no need for comparison between the rationals' and the irrationals' who also divide the bad and the good, for one side lacks the ability to get access to the logic. However, it is argued by some other experts that kind of idea comes from the wrong presumption that ( ) . When both kinds have same ability to feel pain and serve their innate voice that is to seek for happiness, it is not rational to eliminate one side, when deciding about rights that we both deserve. Animals from fish to monkey have their own way of giving love to their offspring, and socialize with others. As the word shows, animals can also, to a certain degree, make conducts that are nearly human. This is why the experts asserts that animals have rights despite of the absence of apparent claiming for those rights, unlike humans.

마지막 문장에 claiming 이 있는데 그 claiming이 get access to logic 이고 rational한 것에 대한 conduct에요. 지문 전반에서 동물도 인간과 같이 좋고 그름을 생각하고, 인간과 비슷한것에 흥미를 가지지만 conduct를 보여주지 못해서,결국 rational한 conduct인 주장하는것을 하지 못해서 권리가 없다는게 칸트에요. 그렇기 때문에 정답은 1번입니다.
. 하지만 지문에 나와있듯이 동물 또한 인간과 비슷하게 socialize하고 good and bad를 구분하는등의 행동을 보이기 때문에 권리를 갖는다는게 칸트와 대립되는 some experts 의 의견입니다. 지문의 내용안에서는 칸트는 권리의 직접적 주장이, some experts는 인간과 비슷한 행동이 권리를 갖게 하는 요인이다 라는 것 입니다. 결국 4번은 some experts의 의견이고 1번이 칸트의 잘못된 예측 내지 가정입니다.
