He drowned it in a ditch out of fear, and now two years later scientists have finally been able to announce the results of their tests on this sinister-looking carcass. 외계에 생명이 존재할 가능성은 충분하지만, 그 생명이 인간형이나 영장류에 가까울 형태일 확률은... 글쎄요....?ㅎ
아주 희박하겠지요.
사람은 원숭이와 생김새가 흡사하지만 닭과는 흡사하지 않습니다. 메뚜기와는 더 흡사하지 않고 플라나리아나 유글레나 같은 류에 이르면 닮은 부분도 거의 없지요.
왜냐하면 그것은 같은 가지에서 갈라진 것이 그만큼 오래되었기 떄문입니다.
그런데 하물며는 외계인은 우리와 같은 가지에서 출발하지도 않았습니다.
그 말인 즉슨 인간과 외계인의 유사점은 인간과 유글레나의 유사점보다도 더 적을 것이란 말이지요.
그런데 이런 척추동물이고 골격의 외형이 영장류와 극히 흡사한 이런 생물이 외계인일 확률은... 거의 없다고 봐도 무방하겟지요.
차라리 알려지 않은 지구생물이라는 가설이 훨씬 설득력이 있습니다.
